Get your unlock code

If your device shows a lock screen, enter the three values it displays and we will give you the code that releases it.

1. 01

   Read the lock screen

   The locked device shows its serial number and two short codes.

2. 02

   Enter the three values

   Copy them exactly as they appear, including letters.

3. 03

   Type the code into the device

   The code is single-use and only works on that device.
